Michael Mylne, Managing Director, a member of the Middle Temple called to The Bar in 2009 after a long business career as an owner of companies in the UK and abroad. He has considerable experienced in running SME both employed and as an employer.
In addition to his legal expertise, particularly in employment law, he specialises in construction industry health and safety with the requisite NEBOSH qualification necessary for roles covered by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations [CDM Regs] 2007.
He heads a team of suitably qualified consultants and trainers capable of delivering products and services commensurate with the ilisi ethos.

Paul Simpson, Construction Consultant, with over 20 years experience in the construction industry in management, administration and problem solving at director level. He brings authority and expertise, essential in matters concerning H & S compliance, including the CDM Regs.
